These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, mobile-accessible services, and online psychotherapy sessions conducted through digital platforms.
By accessing our website, booking a session, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Nature of Services
Kama Health India LLP provides online psychotherapy services to individuals and couples.
• All sessions are conducted virtually via secure video platforms.
• We do not provide in-person therapy through this website.
• We do not provide emergency or crisis intervention services.
Therapy is a professional service and not a guarantee of specific results.
2. Eligibility
By using our services, you confirm that:
• You are at least 18 years of age, or
• You are a minor with valid parental/guardian consent where applicable.
We reserve the right to refuse services if eligibility criteria are not met.
3. Telehealth & Mobile Access
Our services may be accessed via:
• Desktop
• Mobile phone
• Tablet
• Other internet-enabled devices
You are responsible for:
• Ensuring a stable internet connection
• Ensuring a private, confidential environment
• Using a functioning audio-video device
Kama Health India LLP is not responsible for:
• Internet failures on the client’s side
• Device malfunction
• Environmental interruptions
• Loss of session time due to technical issues beyond our control
If technical disruptions occur on the therapist’s end, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule or compensate proportionately.
4. Appointment Confirmation & Fees
• Sessions are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
• Fees are subject to change at our discretion.
• All payments are processed through third-party payment gateways.
We are not liable for delays caused by banking or payment processors.
5. Cancellation, Rescheduling & Refund Policy
Standard Cancellation
• Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session are eligible for:
- Rescheduling, or
- Refund (after deduction of applicable payment gateway charges).
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
Refunds, if applicable, may take 7–10 business days depending on banking timelines.
Rescheduling
• One (1) complimentary reschedule per session is permitted if requested at least 2 hours prior to the appointment.
• Additional changes beyond one reschedule will require booking a new session at full fee.
• Exceptions may be considered in documented medical emergencies, at our sole discretion.
No-Show Policy
A client who does not join the session within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time will be marked as a “no-show.”
• No-shows are non-refundable.
• The therapist is not obligated to extend or re-offer the session.
If you join within 10 minutes of the start time, the session will continue for the remaining duration only.
6. Therapist Assignment & Changes
Therapist allocation is based on clinical suitability and availability.
• While preferences may be considered, we do not guarantee assignment of a specific therapist.
• You may request a change of therapist provided there is no session scheduled within the next 24 hours.
• Kama Health India LLP reserves the right to reassign therapists when clinically or operationally necessary.
7. Confidentiality
All therapy sessions are conducted under professional confidentiality standards.
However, confidentiality may be legally or ethically breached in situations involving:
• Risk of harm to self or others
• Court orders
• Legal obligations under Indian law

8. No Emergency Services
Kama Health India LLP does not provide emergency psychiatric or crisis services.
If you are experiencing:
• Suicidal thoughts
• Risk of harm
• A mental health emergency
Please immediately contact local emergency services (Dial 112 in India) or visit the nearest hospital.
9. No Guarantee of Outcomes
Psychotherapy is a collaborative process grounded in psychological principles. Outcomes vary depending on multiple factors including individual readiness, engagement, and external circumstances.
We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from therapy.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law:
Kama Health India LLP shall not be liable for:
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Technical failures beyond our control
• Decisions made by clients outside therapy sessions
• Misuse of website content
Your use of the website and services is at your own discretion and responsibility.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, graphics, branding, and materials, are the intellectual property of Kama Health India LLP and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Insert City of LLP Registration].
